Services and Rates

I've learned that not all files are recorded equally, and sometimes it is beyond your ability to take a clean record. Lawyers and witnesses often are not cooperative. I understand there are times when text is dropped.

Deposition Rate (includes audio spot-checks)	$ 1.25
Trial Rate (includes audio spot-checks)	$ 1.40
Full Audio rate	$ 1.75
Expedited Charges are:
One day or less	+ 100%
Two days	+ 80%
Three days	+ 70%
Four days	+ 50%
Additional Charges are:
Additional cost for added pages for dropped steno > 10% increase	$ 1.95

Please Note: All billing will be sent via e-mail, with the return of the file. Payment is expected upon receipt of the invoice unless other arrangements have been agreed upon beforehand. Please inform me if you have a specific pay schedule. No further transcripts will be accepted if there is an outstanding bill of over $250.00, unless other arrangements have been made in writing. 30-day late payments are subject to a $25 fee. Returned checks will be assessed a $35 fee.
